What we provide

Construction supervision

Construction supervision is a key oversight role on the building site that protects the investor's interests. It ensures the project meets quality and safety standards, complies with the design, permits and contract, and that the investor only pays for work actually completed and correctly priced. Supervision also includes reviewing and balancing the contract between client and contractor.

Engineering services

Comprehensive management of permitting procedures, communication with authorities, and technical and administrative support for the investor during the building approval process.

  • Securing all required statements and approvals (fire department, public health, environment, transport authority, heritage protection, etc.)
  • Communication with authorities — building authority, relevant authorities, utility operators
  • Preparation and compilation of documentation for project approval
  • Negotiating conditions and addressing authority objections
  • Negotiating and preparing contracts with utility and infrastructure operators
